Dear Ninja - نينجا Users, We understand that circumstances may arise where you choose to discontinue your use of Ninja - نينجا, and we respect your decision. To assist you in the process of deleting your account, we have outlined the necessary steps below. Before proceeding, please take a moment to review the information regarding the types of data that may be retained or deleted, as well as any additional retention periods.
Steps to Delete Your Ninja - نينجا Account:
1- Launch the Ninja - نينجا application on your device.
2- Go to my user screen by clicking the profile icon on the bottom bar
3- click on your name/email box
4- click the menu option at the top
5- click on "Delete Account Permenantly"
Types of Data and Retention Periods:
Personal Information: Upon account deletion, your personal information, such as name, email address,mobile number, addresses, contact details and all user related information, will be permanently deleted from our records.
Usage Data: While we strive to delete most of your usage data, please note that some aggregated and anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytical purposes. This information does not identify individual users.
Backups: Backups containing your account information may be retained for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) to ensure data integrity in case of accidental deletion. However, these backups are not actively used, and your account will be marked for permanent deletion.
Third-Party Integrations: If you have linked your Ninja - نينجا account with third-party services, please note that the deletion of your Ninja - نينجا account may not automatically delete your data on those third-party platforms. You may need to manage those connections separately.
It is important to acknowledge that the deletion process may take some time to complete, and you may not be able to recover your account once the deletion is finalized. Additionally, any outstanding financial transactions or obligations associated with your account must be settled before initiating the deletion process.
