Description

Contains amlodipine 5 mg, used for high blood pressure and chest pain from angina (stable or vasospastic). Dose: one tablet once daily as prescribed, with or without food. Headache or flushing may occur early and usually improve; report persistent symptoms or ankle swelling. Use with caution in elderly, liver disease, or heart problems. May interact with some medicines; tell your doctor or pharmacist about all your medicines, especially cholesterol-lowering ones such as simvastatin.
