BETADINE® Medicated Vaginal Douche is a broad-spectrum antiseptic (Povidone-Iodine) used to treat vaginitis caused by bacterial, fungal, or mixed infections and for preoperative cleansing. To use, mix two capfuls of concentrate with lukewarm water in the provided squeeze bottle, insert the applicator gently, and expel the solution until finished; use once daily (preferably in the morning) for up to 14 days or as directed by a doctor. Do not use if you have iodine allergies, thyroid disorders, are taking lithium, or are undergoing radio-iodine therapy. Pregnant or breastfeeding users must consult a physician before use as the ingredients can affect the fetus or infant.
