Clofen Cremogel is a topical preparation that contains sodium diclofenac, which belongs to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This treatment is used to relieve pain and inflammation in specific areas of the body, such as the joints and muscles. Uses: - Treating joint pain resulting from arthritis. - Relieving muscle pain. - Treating safflower skin keratosis. Dosage instructions: - For lower limbs (knees, ankles): 4 grams, four times daily. - For upper limbs (hands, wrists): 2 grams, four times daily. - Hands should be washed well after using the gel, unless the hands are the affected area. - Wait 10 minutes before covering the area with clothing, and for at least one hour before taking a shower. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the drug's components. - History of asthma attacks or severe allergic reactions after taking aspirin or anti-inflammatories. - It is prohibited for those under 18 years of age. - Consult a doctor if there is: - A history of heart disease or diabetes. - Pregnancy or breastfeeding. - The drug may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. Side effects: Discontinue use of the medication and consult a doctor if any of the following symptoms occur: - Chest pain or shortness of breath. - Rash or rapid swelling. - Difficulty urinating or yellowing of the skin.
