Depo-Gagli contains an active substance called dapoxetine. It belongs to a group of medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Depo-Gagli may also be known as a urinary tract medicine. Depojoy increases the time it takes you to ejaculate and can improve control over ejaculation. This may reduce feelings of frustration or anxiety about premature ejaculation. Depo-Gagliflozin is used to treat premature ejaculation in adult men between the ages of 18 and 64. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates with little sexual arousal, before he wants to. This can cause problems for men, and may cause problems in the marital relationship. How to use Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The recommended dose is 30 mg. Your doctor may increase the dose to 60 mg. Do not take the medicine until 1 to 3 hours before sexual intercourse. Do not take this medicine more than once every 24 hours or every day. If you are using stimulant drugs such as: ecstasy, LSD, narcotics, or benzodiazepines. If you drink alcohol (see section: Taking Depo-Provera with food, drink and alcohol). If you have ever had a mental health problem such as: depression, mania (symptoms include feeling overly aroused, nervous, or unable to think clearly), bipolar disorder (symptoms include severe mood swings between mania and depression), or schizophrenia (a mental illness). (Cannot). If you have epilepsy. If you have a history of bleeding or blood clotting problems. If you have kidney problems. If you have, or are at risk of, high pressure inside the eye (glaucoma). Side Effects Stop using the product and seek immediate medical attention if you experience tightness in the throat, swelling of the eyes, face, lips, or tongue, feel faint, or have difficulty breathing. Stop using the product if you experience hives or itching of the face or body. Storage Information Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Depojoy should be stored at a temperature below 30°C. Drug Interactions Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines. This includes medicines that you get without a prescription, such as herbal medicines. This is because Depo-Provera can affect the way some other medicines work. Also, some other medicines can affect the way Depo-Provera works. So using other medicines may affect the dose of Depo-Provera that you are allowed to take. Do not take Depo-Provera with any of the following medicines: Antidepressant medications called monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Thioridazine, which is used to treat schizophrenia. Other medications for treating depression. Lithium - a medication used to treat bipolar disorder. Linezolid - an antibiotic used to treat infections. Tryptophan - a medicine to help you sleep. St. John's Wort - Herbal medicine. Tramadol - used to treat severe pain. Medications used to treat migraines.
