Description

A joint is the part where two bones meet. The end of each bone is covered by a thick, flexible layer called cartilage, surrounded by a viscous fluid called synovial fluid to facilitate the movement of the joint and protect the cartilage from erosion during movement. But as a result of the continuous movement of the joint, the cartilage layer wears down a little and the body works to renew it continuously and also maintain the synovial fluid in the joint using a substance that the body produces itself, which is glucosamine. Thus, a physiological balance is achieved between the continuous erosion of cartilage in the joint and its reconstruction again.  With age and obesity, the body is unable to provide enough glucosamine to renew worn cartilage and produce synovial fluid, which increases the friction between the bones of the joint during movement, and the wear of the elastic cartilage increases, to be replaced by a rough surface of the bones of the joint, which causes severe pain during movement or walking, and joint movement becomes difficult and the joints stiffen as a result of the lack of synovial fluid, and the condition worsens with age and continuous movement. How to use One capsule three times daily after meals for a period ranging from 4 to 6 weeks, then reduce the dose after the condition improves to one capsule daily after meals or according to the doctor’s instructions. Warnings and precautions You should avoid using it if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients (glucosamine or ginkgo biloba leaf extract). Please consult your doctor for patients taking blood thinning medications. Side Effects Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, headache. Storage Information Store Durofen in a dry place. Dorofen should be stored at 25°C. Keep Durofen in its original package. Keep Drofen out of reach of children.
