Description

Emifenac-D 50 mg is a fast-dissolving oral tablet containing diclofenac sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fever in various acute painful conditions. The tablet dissolves in water before administration, allowing faster absorption and quicker onset of action. Active Ingredients: Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug – NSAID). Indications: Joint pain and arthritis, Muscle pain, Back pain, Dental pain, Acute gout attacks, Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), Post-operative pain, Inflammatory conditions affecting bones and joints. Dosage: Adults: 1 tablet (50 mg) every 8 hours if needed, Maximum daily dose: 150 mg per day, The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water before taking, Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration, Use as directed by a physician. Contraindications & Warnings: Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs, History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic reactions after taking NSAIDs, Active stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, Severe liver, kidney, or heart failure, Use with caution in elderly patients, Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision. Side Effects: Stomach pain or indigestion, Nausea or vomiting, Heartburn, Headache or dizziness, Gastrointestinal bleeding (rare but serious), Allergic reactions such as rash or swelling.
