:Inhalation medicinal solution containing Salbutamol sulfate, a short-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist used as a bronchodilator.Indications:Indicated for the relief and prevention of bronchospasm in patients with:• Bronchial asthma• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)• Other conditions associated with reversible airway obstructionDosage: Adults and Children:The dose depends on age and clinical condition and should be administered via nebulizer as directed by a physician.Typical dose:2.5–5 mg salbutamol per nebulization, repeated up to 3–4 times daily if required.Contraindications & Warnings:Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to salbutamol or any component of the formulation.Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes mellitus.Excessive use may cause paradoxical bronchospasm.Do not exceed the prescribed dose.Side Effects:Common: tremor, nervousness, headache, palpitations.Uncommon: muscle cramps, tachycardia.Rare: hypokalemia, arrhythmias, paradoxical bronchospasm.When to Stop: Discontinue use and seek medical advice if breathing difficulty worsens, chest pain, or severe allergic reactions occur.Storage: Store below 25°C.Protect from light.Do not freeze.Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if clearly needed and under medical supervision.
