Gyno-Candazole® (miconazole nitrate) is a broad spectrum antibacterial and antifungal agent. It works by altering the permeability of the fungal cell membrane, allowing the fungal cell contents to leak out and kill them. After the egg is inserted deep into the vagina, its outer shell quickly dissolves and its active contents are released inside. Indication: Gyno-Candizol® is mainly used for the topical treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. It is also used for the treatment of superinfections caused by Gram-positive bacteria. How to use Dosage and method of use: Gyno-Candazole 200 : One vaginal egg is inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for seven consecutive nights. Gyno-Candazole 400 : One vaginal egg is inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for three consecutive night Warnings and precautions It is best to see a doctor if you experience vaginal itching or discomfort. This medicine should not be used for those who suffer from vaginal discharge accompanied by an unpleasant odor, abdominal pain, or high temperature.
