Hemoproct is used for the topical relief of external and internal hemorrhoids. How to use Apply the cream or ointment in the morning and evening. You can reduce the dose to once a day after your health condition improves. Please contact your physician if your condition does not improve within 7 days. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Do not swallow the medicine. This medicine is for topical use only. Please be careful not to get the medicine in your eyes. How to use this medicine: For external use : The rectal area must be completely clean and dry. Apply a small amount of cream or ointment to the area and massage gently. For internal use: If your doctor has told you to put this medicine inside the rectum, you should first attach the plastic syringe to the tip of the previously opened tube. Insert the tip of the syringe into the rectum and gently squeeze the tube to extract the cream or ointment. After you have finished using this medicine, remove the syringe from the tube and wash it with hot, soapy water, then replace the tube cap. Wash your hands after using this medicine. Warnings and precautions Please inform your doctor before starting treatment with Hemoproct : If you suffer from liver disorders You suffer from blood loss, when there is suspected blood in the stool, when you feel pain in the anus and a high temperature. If these problems last for more than a week, or if the problems get worse or when new unusual symptoms appear. If you have other medical disorders If you suffer from allergies If you are currently using other medicinal products, whether for internal or external use (including those sold without a prescription) Side Effects Please stop treatment with Hemoproct and seek medical advice immediately if you notice any of the following signs which may indicate an allergic reaction : Difficulty breathing or swallowing Swelling of the face, lips, tongue and/or throat area. Severe skin itching with skin redness and/or skin warts. Irregular heartbeat. Storage Information Store below 30°C. Drug Interactions Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, or have recently taken, any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription or nutritional supplements. Pregnancy and breastfeeding Hemoproct should not be used during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester, unless prescribed by your doctor. Hemoproct should not be used during breastfeeding, unless prescribed by the treating physician, in which case breastfeeding should be stopped.
