Tadalafil 20 mg is a treatment for adult men who suffer from erectile dysfunction. This occurs when a man is unable to make or keep his penis hard and erect enough for sexual activity. Tadalafil significantly improves the ability to have a hard erect penis suitable for sexual activity Herox contains the active ingredient (tadalafil) which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Tadalafil works - following sexual arousal - to help relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow into the penis. This results in improved erectile function. It is important to know that Tadalafil does not work if there is no sexual arousal. How to use It is used at a concentration of 20 mg for cases of erectile dysfunction, where the tablet is taken about 30 minutes before sexual activity. The tablets are taken orally with or without food with a glass of water. It is preferable to take the dose at the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Tadalafil can last up to 36 hours. It is important not to take more than one dose per day.
