Valerian (Valerian officinalis) belongs to the Valerianaceae plant family. It is a perennial flowering plant. Valerian has a long history of traditional use as a popular remedy in folk herbal medicine. How to use Adults 18 years of age and older, take 2:1 capsules half an hour before bedtime.
