Lejam 30 Mg 4 Tablets

Description

Lejam tablets contain an active substance called "Dapoxetine". Which belongs to a group of medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Lejam is also a medicine for the urinary system. A frenulum increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve control over ejaculation. This may reduce the frustration and anxiety of premature ejaculation. The bridle is used to treat premature ejaculation in men between 18 and 64 years of age. Premature ejaculation is when a man ejaculates with little sexual arousal, and before he wants to ejaculate. This can cause problems for the man, and may cause problems in sexual relations. How to use The usual dose of Ligam is 30 mg. Your doctor may increase this dose to 60 mg. Always take Ligam exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure you should check with your doctor or pharmacist. How to take Lejam Just take the medicine 1 to 3 hours before sexual intercourse. Do not take the bridle more than once every 24 hours or every day . To avoid a bitter taste, swallow the tablet whole with at least a full glass of water. This may help reduce the chance of you fainting (see Fainting and Low Blood Pressure, section 4).  Lime can be taken with or without food. The harness should not be used by men under 18 years of age or by men over 65 years of age. Discuss your treatment with Lijam with your doctor after the first 4 weeks or after 6 doses to see if you should continue treatment. If treatment continues, you should see your doctor to discuss this at least every 6 months. If you take too much bridle Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you take more LEGAM tablets than you should. You may feel or become ill. If you stop taking Ligam Talk to your doctor before stopping this medicine. You may have trouble sleeping and feel dizzy after stopping this medicine, even if you do not take it every day. If you have further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Warnings and precautions Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine in the following cases: If you are drinking alcohol (see section “Taking Ligament with food and drink”). If you have not been diagnosed with premature ejaculation. If you use recreational drugs such as ecstasy, LSD, narcotics or benzodiazepines. If you have ever had a mental health problem such as depression, mania (symptoms of which include feeling overly excited, irritable or unable to think clearly), bipolar disorder (symptoms of which include severe mood swings between mania and depression) or schizophrenia (a mental illness). Side Effects Stop taking Ligam and see a doctor immediately in the following cases: If you have seizures (fits). If you faint or feel dizzy when you stand up. If you notice any changes in your mood. If you have thoughts about suicide or harming yourself. Storage Information This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Keep medicine out of reach and sight of children. Store below 30°C. Do not use Lejam tablets after the expiry date stated on the package. Drug Interactions Do not take Ligam at the same time as taking any of the following medications: Medications to treat depression called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Thioridazine for the treatment of schizophrenia. Other medications to treat depression. Lithium: A medication used to treat bipolar disorder. Linezolid: It is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. Tryptophan: a drug that helps you sleep. St. John's Wort: It is a herbal drug. Tramadol: It is a pain killer. Medications for the treatment of migraines Ingredients Dapoxetine, Fast-flowing lactose NF, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, Apadry OY-37202 dark colorant, purified water. Specifications Light brown, round, biconvex, film-coated tablet, engraved with “2” on one side and plain on the other side.
