Description

Mycoheal 400 mg Vaginal Suppositories contain miconazole nitrate, a broad-spectrum antifungal medication used for the treatment of vaginal fungal infections caused mainly by Candida species. It works by inhibiting the growth of fungi and destroying the fungal cell membrane, helping relieve symptoms such as itching, burning, irritation, and abnormal vaginal discharge. Active Ingredients: Miconazole Nitrate 400 mg (Antifungal agent). Indications: Vaginal candidiasis (yeast infection), vaginal itching and irritation caused by fungal infection, thick white vaginal discharge associated with fungal infections, burning sensation in the vaginal area. Dosage: Adults: One vaginal suppository (400 mg) inserted deep into the vagina once daily at bedtime for 3 days, or as directed by a physician. Wash hands before and after application. Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve. Contraindications & Warnings: Hypersensitivity to miconazole or any of the formulation components, avoid use during menstruation if possible, for vaginal use only, consult a doctor if symptoms persist or recur frequently, avoid sexual intercourse during treatment if irritation occurs. Side Effects: Mild vaginal burning or irritation, vaginal itching, abdominal cramps (rare), allergic skin reactions such as rash (rare). Storage: Store below 25°C, keep in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: May be used during pregnancy only under medical supervision, generally considered safe during breastfeeding when used as directed.
