Otrivin 0.05% Children Nasal Drops 10 ml contain Xylometazoline Hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that helps relieve nasal congestion by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages. It provides fast and effective relief from blocked nose due to colds, allergies, or sinusitis in children.
