Panadol Cold & Flu Night Time 24 Tablets is a combination medicine specially formulated for the relief of night-time cold and flu symptoms. It helps reduce fever, relieve pain, ease nasal congestion, and reduce sneezing and runny nose while helping improve comfort and sleep during illness. Active Ingredients: Paracetamol 500 mg (Pain reliever and fever reducer) Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg (Nasal decongestant) Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg (Antihistamine that relieves sneezing and runny nose and may cause drowsiness) Indications: Night-time cold and flu symptoms Fever and body aches Headache Nasal congestion Runny nose and sneezing Sore throat associated with cold and flu Helps improve comfort during sleep Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed Maximum 8 tablets within 24 hours Not recommended for children under 12 years Use only for short-term treatment unless directed by physician Contraindications & Warnings: Hypersensitivity to any component Do not use with other products containing paracetamol May cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery Avoid alcohol during use Use cautiously in hypertension, heart disease, glaucoma, enlarged prostate, thyroid disorders, or liver disease Do not use with MAOI antidepressants within the last 14 days Side Effects: Drowsiness Dry mouth Dizziness Nausea Nervousness or insomnia in some patients Increased heart rate Rare allergic reactions Storage: Store below 25°C Keep in original packaging Protect from moisture and direct sunlight Keep out of reach of children Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only after consulting a physician
