Description

Solpadeine Soluble Tablets are effervescent pain relief tablets containing a combination of Paracetamol, Codeine Phosphate, and Caffeine. They are used for the short-term treatment of moderate pain when other painkillers alone are not effective. The soluble form allows faster absorption and quicker onset of action. Active Ingredients: Paracetamol 500 mg (Analgesic & antipyretic) Codeine Phosphate 8 mg (Opioid analgesic) Caffeine 30 mg (CNS stimulant) Indications: Moderate pain relief Headache and migraine Dental pain Muscle and joint pain Back pain Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) Neuralgia Dosage: Adults and children above 12 years: 1–2 tablets dissolved in water every 4–6 hours as needed Maximum dose: 8 tablets per day Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice Dissolve completely in a glass of water before taking Contraindications & Warnings: Hypersensitivity to any component Children under 12 years Breastfeeding (due to codeine) Respiratory depression or severe asthma Avoid use with other paracetamol-containing products Risk of dependence with prolonged use (codeine) Side Effects: Drowsiness Dizziness Nausea or constipation (due to codeine) Allergic reactions (rash, swelling) Liver toxicity in overdose (paracetamol) Storage: Store below 25°C Keep in a dry place Keep out of reach of children Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended during pregnancy unless prescribed Contraindicated during breastfeeding
