SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops is a dry eye therapy for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye. How to use SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops may be used as needed throughout the day. May be used to treat dry eye associated with contact lens usage by instilling drops prior to inserting contact lenses and after the removal of contact lenses. Twist off the top of the single dose vial, place 1-2 drops in affected eye(s) as needed and blink. Discard the vial after use. For ocular use only. If swallowed, get medical help. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy do not use. TAMPER EVIDENT: Do not use if security seal is damaged or missing or tamper To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the vial to any surface. Do not store above 30°C. Use before the expiration date marked on the product. Discard any remaining contents after use. Do not save solution in an opened vial. Keep out of the reach of children. Warnings and precautions People allergic to any ingredient in SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops should not use this product. Side Effects It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner’s directions and all labeling instructions for proper use of the product. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye, stop using SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops and consult your eye care practitioner as the problem could become more serious. Temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or use machines. If blurred vision occurs after application, wait until the vision clears before driving or using machinery. Storage Information Do not store above 30°C. Ingredients SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride and sodium chloride.
