Tadil is the brand name for the drug tadalafil. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It is primarily used to treat: Erectile dysfunction (ED): Helps increase blood flow to the penis, allowing for an erection during sexual stimulation. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): Helps relax the muscles of the prostate and bladder, improving urination symptoms.
