Description

Vesicare® (solifenacin) treats overactive bladder in adults, reducing frequent urination, urgency, and leakage. Dose: 5 mg once daily, may increase to 10 mg. Take at the same time daily with or without food. Possible: dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, dizziness. Cautions: not for severe kidney/liver disease, urinary retention, or glaucoma. Use care in elderly, hot weather, when driving, and with other medicines (antifungals, antibiotics, heart rhythm drugs, anticholinergics). Pregnancy & breastfeeding: only if prescribed by a doctor.
