XYRIO (Tadalafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (requires sexual stimulation) and pulmonary arterial hypertension in adults. For erectile dysfunction, the typical dose is one 5mg or 20mg tablet taken at least 30 minutes before activity (effective up to 36 hours), while for pulmonary hypertension, the usual dose is two 20mg tablets once daily. Swallow the tablet whole with or without food, but never exceed one dose per day or use it for continuous daily activity without medical advice. Consult your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems, blood cell disorders, or penis deformation. Common side effects include headache, back pain, and flushing, store the medication in its original package below 25°C to protect from moisture, and keep out of reach of children.
