Description

Zyrtec 0.1% Syrup 75 ml contains Cetirizine Hydrochloride, a second-generation antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms. It works by blocking histamine, reducing symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes. Active Ingredients: Cetirizine Hydrochloride 0.1% (1 mg/ml) (Antihistamine) Indications: Allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial) Sneezing and runny nose Itchy or watery eyes Skin allergies such as urticaria (hives) Allergic itching Dosage: Children 2–6 years: 2.5 ml twice daily Children 6–12 years: 5 ml twice daily Adults and children above 12 years: 10 ml once daily Use as directed by a physician Contraindications & Warnings: Hypersensitivity to cetirizine or related antihistamines Severe kidney impairment (dose adjustment may be required) May cause mild drowsiness in some patients Use with caution when driving or operating machinery Side Effects: Drowsiness (mild) Dry mouth Headache Fatigue Rare allergic reactions Storage: Store below 25°C Keep tightly closed Keep out of reach of children Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Use only if clearly needed and under medical supervision
