How to use Recommended dose: 3 to 6 months: 2.5 ml every 8 hours as needed. 6 to 24 months: 5 ml every 8 hours as needed. 2 to 4 years: 7.5 ml every 8 hours as needed. 4 to 8 years: 10 ml every 8 hours as needed. 8 to 10 years: 15 ml every 8 hours as needed. 10 to 12 years: 20 ml every 8 hours as needed. Do not give this medicine to your child for more than 3 days without talking to your doctor or pharmacist. Warnings and precautions Do not take more than 4000 mg of the drug in a 24-hour period. The maximum dose for patients with liver disease is 2000 mg every 24 hours. A doctor should be consulted if any complications of paracetamol occur. Before using paracetamol during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you should consult your doctor. This medicine is safe during pregnancy, but it should be taken under the supervision of a doctor.
