Short Ribs Biryani Balls

Hyde Park, London. 2005. It was a super rare warm day in London and I decided to go for a picnic with friends. I had some short ribs biryani leftovers in the fridge. Instead of worrying about bringing plates and utensils, I decided to fry them all up into balls for sharing!
