Saudi Arabia is known for two main types of Saudi coffee: The golden type, characterized by its light roast that keeps the beans’ natural golden color. The dark type, which is roasted longer for a deeper color and richer taste. Ingredients Roasted coffee beans Clove Nigella seeds Saffron Special Diwan blend Preparation Method Add 1.5 liters of water to a pot. Add 35–40 grams (around three tablespoons) of the special coffee blend. Let it boil for 25–30 minutes on medium heat. Add cardamom or saffron according to taste. Storage Instructions Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity, sunlight, and strong odors. Refrigeration helps maintain the product’s freshness and flavor.
