Chicken Katsu Salad

The salad is consists of romaine lettuce and seasonal vegetables-capsicum, cucumber, carrots, and green beans topped with panko crusted chicken breast. The salad is garnished with purple cabbage and white sesame seeds and served with an asian style vinaigrette.
