Grilled Salmon Don

Steamed rice tossed with donburi sauce topped with Grilled Salmon marinated in our house-made teriyaki sauce(contains sugar, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic). The bowl is garnished with purple and green cabbage, carrots, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
