A spicy brown beef dish that was fused on the streets of assam, india. a popular example of the indo chinese fusion. strips of beef are deep fried to a crispy brown. it is then tossed in a wok with green pepper corns, spring onions, garlic, egg and the main ingredient the manchurian sauce. can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
