Lamb Ribs

An Indian Dish made from the delicate, tender breast pieces of lambs. 4 pcs of chops are marinated in our signature spice mix and pan roasted on a traditional hot iron skillet to give a crispy exterior and a juicy interior, best with a plain tandoori roti
