Medium Cardamom

Cardamom (called hel in the Levant and Arabian Peninsula, habahan in Egypt, or qaaqila in the Maghreb) is one of the oldest and most popular spices in the world. It ranks third among the most expensive spices after saffron and vanilla. It is used in preparing coffee and food, and in addition to its culinary use, it is considered a powerful remedy for many ailments.
