Butter Naan

Butter Naan is a leavened, oven baked flat bread originating in central Asia. The dough is mixed with yoghurt, milk, wheat flour, Maida, cooking fat and water. It is then proofed and fermented before being rolled and re rolled with butter before being baked in the oven, tempered with more butter and served hot at the table.
