Manchurian Chicken

A spicy brown chicken dish that was fused on the streets of Assam, India. A popular example of the Indo Chinese Fusion. Chicken is coated with corn flour and deep fried to a crispy golden brown. It is then tossed in a wok with green pepper corns, spring onions, garlic, egg and the main ingredient the Manchurian sauce. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
