Two Treasure Prawns

Originating from the kitchens of the Ocean Restaurant and adapted from Shanghai style of cooking, this rich flavored prawn dish is charming to the palate. Prawns are fried to a golden brown then blended with Shanghai sauce, Soy sauce, dill and sesame seeds then finished with some brown sugar and ginger. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
