Schezwan Chicken

A staple appetizer of the bold pungent Sichuan cuisine cubes of chicken are marinated with salt and pepper then deep fried. They are then combined with Rice vinegar, soy sauce and chilli garlic sauce along with Schezwan peppercorn to bring out a burst of flavor in your mouth. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
