Chicken Badshah or the Kings Chicken in Hindi was prepared for King of the Indian Sub continent. Slow cooked in a mix of Cashew, Ginger, garlic and green chilly pastes and blended with whipped yoghurt creating a light and soft curry. Best with any of our selections of Naan
