Butter Chicken

A buttery delight from the Indian Sub continent, pieces of Chicken are cooked in Butter "Makhan" then added to a gravy of butter sauteed onion and tomato gravy mixed with lemon juice and cardamom, garnished with herbs to finish cooking . It is best had with a plain tandoori roti
