A hot and spicy chicken dish that was fused in the forests of Nagaland, India. A popular example of the Indo Chinese Fusion and a variation of the Chicken Chilli. Chicken is coated with corn flour and deep fried to a crispy golden brown. It is then tossed in a wok with red dried chilli's, spring onions, garlic, along with ginger garlic paste. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
