Garlic Naan

Garlic Naan is a leavened, oven baked flat bread originating in central Asia. The dough is mixed with yoghurt, milk, wheat flour, Maida, cooking fat and water. It is then proofed and fermented before being rolled and re rolled with Garlic before being baked in the oven and served hot at the table.
