Lobster In Chilli Garlic Sauce

A hot and spicy dish that was adapted by the Ocean restaurant experts of the Indo Chinese Fusion. Deep fried lobster tail is tossed in a wok with green and red dried chilli's, spring onions, garlic, red chilli sauce and soy sauce along with ginger garlic paste and finished with chilli garlic sauce. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
