Originating from the Indian Subcontinent it is made with coarsely minced meat mixed with spices, eggs and herbs, shaped into cylinders, skewered on iron rods or "Seekh" then braised on high heat on a hot coal bed with rendering of fat to keep them moist. best had with our Plain Tandoori Roti
