A hot and spicy Prawn dish that was fused in the forests of Nagaland, India. A popular example of the Indo Chinese Fusion. Prawns are coated with corn flour and deep fried to a crispy golden brown. It is then tossed in a wok with green and red dried chilli's, spring onions, garlic, red chilli sauce and soy sauce along with ginger garlic paste and finished with chilli garlic sauce. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or even as an appetizer
