Hajar Al Ain is one of the oldest settled communities in Hamah Al Dakhiliyah, with terraced farms rising high in the mountains at 2000–2300 meters above sea level. For generations, farming families have cared for these steep volcanic slopes in an arid environment receiving only 250–400 mm of rainfall annually. In this context, women play a central role in agriculture, preserving knowledge and traditions and ensuring continuity across generations. This lot was processed using the Alchemy method by Qima, balancing terroir expression with technical precision, enhancing its natural elegance.
