A hot and spicy Beef dish that was fused in the forests of Nagaland, India. A popular example of the Indo Chinese Fusion. Beef is deep fried to a crispy brown. It is then tossed in a wok with green and red dried chilli's, spring onions, garlic, red chilli sauce and soy sauce along with ginger garlic paste.
