Two Treasure Chicken

Originating from the kitchens of the Ocean Restaurant and adapted from Shanghai style of cooking, this rich flavored chicken dish is charming to the palate. Chicken pieces are fried to a golden brown then blended with Shanghai sauce, Soy sauce, dill and sesame seeds then finished with some brown sugar and ginger. Can be had with fried rice or noodles or as an appetizer
